Over the last 4 months, I have done the program twice. Since menopause hit, I have had issues with bloating and aweful stomach aches 24/7. Weight gain. After menopause this continued, no joy. I learnt about this program from a friend, okay would give it a go as my gut was getting me down. A bit sceptical so no before shots but, oh my, bloating gone, stomach cramps gone, weight gone!! I have been blown away. I am now back to the weight I was before menopause and feeling amazing.
